Maintenance Membership Provides Priority Services and Discounts on Plumbing,
Heating, and Cooling for Utah Homeowners
As Neerings Club Member, you’ll receive priority service, significant discounts on repairs & replacements, and preferred client status from all our team members. Your Neerings Club Membership gives you the peace of mind that your home comfort system will be maintained by professionals, saving you thousands of dollars over the long haul in energy costs and can extend the life of your system, literally paying for itself.
Your plumbing and/or furnace & air conditioner equipment will receive one complete System Rejuvenation each year. Regular service of your equipment can save you thousands of dollars over the long haul in energy costs.
And regular service can extend the life of your system; Your membership will potentially pay for itself.
Service Agreement Maintenance Program
This Service Agreement is to provide needed maintenance, cleaning and adjustment to standard home mechanical systems. This is done by pre-season visits and does not cover system failure or repair.
The term of coverage is twelve(12) months from the original purchase date of the agreement.
Also included with the Service Agreement Maintenance Program:
- 10% discount on any work done during the coverage period
- 5 year warranty on repairs, as long as you maintain the current Service Agreement
- Safety check of entire system
- Priority scheduling for 24-hour service
