Club Membership Agreement
Monthly Maintenance Provides Priority Services and Discounts on Plumbing,
Heating, and Cooling for Utah Homeowners
As Neerings Club Member, you’ll receive priority service, significant discounts on repairs & replacements, and preferred client status from all our team members. Your Neerings Club Membership gives you the peace of mind that your home comfort system will be maintained by professionals, saving you thousands of dollars over the long haul in energy costs and can extend the life of your system, literally paying for itself over the first year in energy bill savings.
Your plumbing and/or furnace & air conditioner equipment will receive one complete System Rejuvenation each year. Regular service of your equipment can save you thousands of dollars over the long haul in energy costs.
In fact, as much as 30% per year! And regular service can extend the life of your system. Your membership will literally pay for itself.
If you are not 100% satisfied with our people, service, or repair, you do not pay.
TLC Club Maintenance Plans
$15.00 a month – Furnace only coverage, fall season service visit
$20.00 a month – A/C only coverage, spring service visit
$28.00 a month – Furnace and Air Conditioner, two seasonal service visits
$28.00 a month – Boiler system, fall season service and maintenance visit
$22.00 a month – Water softener maintenance, includes two annual Salt deliveries
$14.00 a month – Flame guard type water heater, maintenance & cleaning, annual visit
$28.00 a month – Evaporative cooler, two seasonal service visits
