Joe, Harrisen, Chad, and crew really took care of my home systems, giving me peace of mind and clean vents and furnace innards. I appreciated them so much. They were thorough in explaining, took many photos of before and after to show me why things needed to be done.

The Best Part of Neerings Are Their Employees Sep 25, 2025

I have used Neerings for years. Their people are highly trained and pleasant to work with. I personally have them come out four times a year to be sure things are in good working condition. Today they worked on air conditioning and dryer vent cleaning. Today's helpful employees were Kevin and Josh. I want to add today that the best part of Neerings are their employees. For example, Mark just came out again at my request to explain the recent electrical work he completed. Not only does he have years of experience in his field, but his people skills are appreciated by me and I'm sure by the company.

5 stars for Neerings! Mark and Takota were our electrical team that came to handle a "rat's nest" of electrical problems at our old home. They were thorough and efficient and truly cared about their workmanship! They were patient and carefully explained all steps they performed to solve our electrical needs. We are very pleased with their skillful and extremely personable character. They were careful with our property and left everything clean and tidy. Great employees!! Update: 11-13-25 More electrical work to replace a 50-year-old bathroom ceiling fan, and now we are confident venting is done properly and up to code with Mark's expertise.
