Michael Flores and Mike Jones were the techs who assisted me. I was worried as a previous company had defrauded me for this same job. Michael F showed up on time for the free inspection. He checked out my system and ducting and explained the process and options as well as explaining exactly what the minimum package included. He showed me images of previous work and cost. He then was able to book the job immediately, and Michael J came with the main truck. They cleaned the vents and all the ducting and intake vents. They cleaned up any mess. It was a smooth and comfortable process. My partner has horrible allergies, and just shortly after they left she could feel a difference, and even more so the next day. They deserve a raise and massive kudos. Y'all have a continued customer; I will most definitely be reaching out for any other issues or help!!
