I've had multiple jobs done over the last few years: swamp cooler start/shutdown as well as replacement of the unit, shower/tub plumbing adjustment, furnace tune-up, and most recently fixing ventilation, gas line, shut-off valve, expansion tank relocate, and emergency shut-off valves. Randy could have easily told me I needed new pads, but he didn’t; he took the time to clean the pad out, and we immediately had cold air.
