I would definitely recommend Neerings to any friends and family. I recently bought my first home and my grandma set me up with them for HVAC help. Jim Chandler came out to take a look and explained everything so easily that I felt like I actually understood HVAC terms when he left after fixing the issues. I signed up for their gold plan to get the rest of my house double-checked and just met Tony Medina today for my plumbing checkup, and he is also so amazing! Both of these guys feel like they treat you as family and explain things so clear. Not overselling you or wasting your time. I can only assume after these visits that this company just feels like family helping family. 10 out of 10.

I have had Neerings come out to my house in Park City over the years and have always had an excellent experience regarding plumbing, electrical and HVAC issues. I definitely recommend them. Their staff are knowledgeable and respectful. In addition, I think their annual subscription plan is very good value with inspections and servicing twice a year. I have never had them try to upsell or surcharge me. It is good to know I have an organisation to rely on.

He was professional, thorough, and completely explained what the problem and resolution was. That doesn't always happen with repair professionals. Extremely polite and professional
I've had multiple jobs done over the last few years: swamp cooler start/shutdown as well as replacement of the unit, shower/tub plumbing adjustment, furnace tune-up, and most recently fixing ventilation, gas line, shut-off valve, expansion tank relocate, and emergency shut-off valves. All have been done quickly and correctly. Everyone that's done work has been extremely polite, professional, and answered all questions.
