Eric did a great job with our repair. Some piping in our house had been put in wrong and he had to puzzle out how to fix it to work correctly. He did a great job and was very polite. He offered help with related repairs but didn't push when I declined. He explained things well. He also left the area clean when he was finished.

Nice, informative visit
Called to fix doorbell. Here within 20 minutes. Fixed in 10 minutes. Then did inspection of HVAC, water heaters, electrical systems, and smoke/CO2 detectors at no charge. Recommended semiannual electrical and plumbing evaluation program and new smoke detectors. Gave estimate for that, then left. Very cordial and low key. Nice informative visit.
