Antonio and Layne came out to check our plumbing today and did a great job. They were one of three Neerings crews that came today. We also saw Mark for our electric, and Jim came out for our furnace. Neerings is an honest, transparent company interested in taking care of you, not in selling you a service. I highly recommend them. Edit: Both Tony and Layne came back out today to fix our sewer line. They installed cleanouts and cleaned everything up like they hadn't even been working in our yard. Again, I highly recommend these guys.

Huge shout out to Antonio and Layne and the other pros that worked on our home. Was really impressed with the attention to detail and work ethic, and ownership of the group and Antonio/Layne in particular. We had a basement flood that we thought was going to be an easy fix, turned out we had a cap stuck in our main line. The team worked hard to get the cap out in a safe and cost-effective way. Ultimately, the cap was lodged and couldn’t be pulled out. They had to dig a 15 ft by 8 ft hole to cut out and replace the pipe. Ultimately, because of this work we were able to see that beyond the cap block the pipe was cracked severely at the bottom from erosion and time. The team sleeved the pipe to ensure we were safe from future issues. This was a huge undertaking and the team gave us updates throughout the process, showing us the video and pictures in real time, which gave us peace of mind and a sense that we weren’t being scammed. Overall the undertaking was just over $17k. But with our future plans for the home this was an investment for peace of mind.

Great, but with caveats. My sewer main was backing up. They came out the same day. The website advertised a $79 clog fix, but then I was notified of the $450+ charge to remove/install the toilet since my house lacks a clean-out port. I pulled off my toilet myself and they honored the $79 charge. They also did a camera inspection to see roots and other problems. Just be aware the $79 advertised price may lead to other (exorbitant) charges if you aren’t able to do some of the work yourself.

Neerings Plumbing just repaired our sewer main. Tyson was quick to get us a reasonable bid, and his crew started the work right away, even in the wind and snow. The crew, Tyson, Mike, Tony, Jackson, and John, were all professional, empathetic, and talked us through the entire project. The job was done faster than expected, and Tyson provided good information on how to take care of the disrupted lawn.

Jackson and Keith came out to assess the condition and location of our sewer line prior to a construction project. They arrived promptly, outlined the system quickly and effectively, allowing our construction project to stay on schedule. They were polite, friendly, knowledgeable, and very good at their jobs. Highly recommended. Matt and Isiah came to our house on another occasion to evaluate the water heater and water softener. Both appliances were 12+ years old and not working well. They recommended a variety of different options. We chose a tankless water heater and have absolutely loved it. There is a tremendous difference in the quality of the water now. Tyson and Keith are incredible! They came out to scope the sewer line of a duplex I had under contract. I am so thankful they came out because we found out the main sewer line was toast. The seller isn't willing to make the repairs, so I'm not going to continue with the purchase. Tyson and Keith were super professional and just overall super cool people. I will 100% be using Neerings for all of my property sewer line scopes. Never buy a house without them!

Called to fix doorbell. Here within 20 minutes. Fixed in 10 minutes. Then did inspection of HVAC, water heaters, electrical systems, and smoke/CO2 detectors at no charge. Recommended semiannual electrical and plumbing evaluation program and new smoke detectors. Gave estimate for that, then left. Very cordial and low key. Nice informative visit.

Mark came out for our yearly electrical inspection, and we decided to have our smoke detectors replaced. There was no pressure, only great information provided for us to make an informed decision. Mark and his apprentice did great work and were on time. Electrical. They hung a chandelier from a 2-story ceiling. I was very impressed with Mark, Carlos, and Kyler. They did a fantastic job! I am so happy and pleased. They paid attention to every detail, making sure arms were spaced correctly, correct height from floor, to cleaning the chandelier, removing fingerprints, and wearing gloves to put in light bulbs. They were very nice and professional. I give them 10 stars! I would highly recommend Neerings. I will call them from now on for every home maintenance project. Service date 3/29: Mark was here to replace lights in upper lighted cabinets as the old ones kept flickering. He was able to find the replacement lights and installed 8 of them. Works perfectly, no more flickering! I give Mark 5 stars again!!!

Had to give these guys 5 stars! We needed to expand our electricity, breakers, and lighting in our basement for my business. After several quotes from others and a few who didn't even show up, these were the ONLY guys that had a solution to fit our needs. Mark and Dakota did an excellent job running the wires as professionals should and making sure we had extra wiring for our temporary outlet so that when we are ready to frame in our basement for the future we can! They got us what we needed and then some, including a free light for better visibility. They were dressed well, clean, polite, and gave us great advice around our space heaters without judgment or fear tactics, just education. We will definitely reach out to Neerings again to help us complete our basement and any other needs they offer. Thank you so much, Neerings!

5+ Stars Happy With Their Knowledge Feb 22, 2024

Mike and Zach came out for an electrical inspection. Everything was fine, except for having a new home built in 2022, it wasn’t up to NEC national code for a power surge protector. That new code came into effect July of 2020. They explained to me that everyone has their interpretation of reading of that new code. Some do it and others don’t. Mike said they go by national code. So I Googled it to make sure I was doing the right thing for our home. Sure enough, plain as day, it’s true about having a power surge protector on your home. Our state hasn’t put it into effect yet, I guess. When they do, we are ready. Rocky Mountain Power has had power outages, and I have seen the power surges when power comes back on. Still use your surge plugs for added protection. There are two types you could have according to the NEC website. 5+ stars happy with their knowledge and professionalism.
