Greatly impressed with Neerings service. Our A/C unit quit at 10 PM, called Neerings, and they had a specialist (Joe Crowley) here at 9 AM the following morning. Joe was very professional and knowledgeable, determining the 20-year-old unit was beyond repair. Joe made some calls and began the process of removing and replacing the units while explaining what he was doing every step of the way. Cannot say enough about Joe's professionalism and Neerings service overall. BZ

Called to fix doorbell. Here within 20 minutes. Fixed in 10 minutes. Then did inspection of HVAC, water heaters, electrical systems, and smoke/CO2 detectors at no charge. Recommended semiannual electrical and plumbing evaluation program and new smoke detectors. Gave estimate for that, then left. Very cordial and low key. Nice informative visit.

Mark came out for our yearly electrical inspection, and we decided to have our smoke detectors replaced. There was no pressure, only great information provided for us to make an informed decision. Mark and his apprentice did great work and were on time. They left our condo clean, and we feel he should get a great bonus for the work they provided us today and over the years, as we have used Neerings for nearly 20 years now and would highly recommend their services to friends and family!!!

Electrical. They hung a chandelier from a 2-story ceiling. I was very impressed with Mark, Carlos, and Kyler. They did a fantastic job! I am so happy and pleased. They paid attention to every detail, making sure arms were spaced correctly, correct height from floor, to cleaning the chandelier, removing fingerprints, and wearing gloves to put in light bulbs. They were very nice and professional. I give them 10 stars! I would highly recommend Neerings. I will call them from now on for every home maintenance project. Service date 3/29: Mark was here to replace lights in upper lighted cabinets as the old ones kept flickering. He was able to find the replacement lights and installed 8 of them. Works perfectly, no more flickering! I give Mark 5 stars again!!!

Had to give these guys 5 stars! We needed to expand our electricity, breakers, and lighting in our basement for my business. After several quotes from others and a few who didn't even show up, these were the ONLY guys that had a solution to fit our needs. Mark and Dakota did an excellent job running the wires as professionals should and making sure we had extra wiring for our temporary outlet so that when we are ready to frame in our basement for the future we can! They got us what we needed and then some, including a free light for better visibility. They were dressed well, clean, polite, and gave us great advice around our space heaters without judgment or fear tactics, just education. We will definitely reach out to Neerings again to help us complete our basement and any other needs they offer. Thank you so much, Neerings!

5+ Stars Happy With Their Knowledge Feb 22, 2024

Mike and Zach came out for an electrical inspection. Everything was fine, except for having a new home built in 2022, it wasn’t up to NEC national code for a power surge protector. That new code came into effect July of 2020. They explained to me that everyone has their interpretation of reading of that new code. Some do it and others don’t. Mike said they go by national code. So I Googled it to make sure I was doing the right thing for our home. Sure enough, plain as day, it’s true about having a power surge protector on your home. Our state hasn’t put it into effect yet, I guess. When they do, we are ready. Rocky Mountain Power has had power outages, and I have seen the power surges when power comes back on. Still use your surge plugs for added protection. There are two types you could have according to the NEC website. 5+ stars happy with their knowledge and professionalism.
