We had our AC go out during the hottest days of the summer so far. Joe from Neerings was able to come out just a few hours after calling them. Joe was punctual, professional, and very informative. He went thoroughly through our entire AC system to find the problem (which he then fixed quickly and professionally). Joe went out of his way to clean our outdoor unit and re-attach an electrical box that was left hanging by a wire due to some previous poor contracting. Joe was so awesome coming out to help me today. I had an issue with my gas bill skyrocketing last month. The gas company confirmed there were no issues with the meter or gas leaks outside. I called Neering’s today, and Joe came the same day. He was able to uncover an issue with my AC unit. I had a previous tech from another company come take a look at the AC unit at the end of summer due to it freezing, and he did not identify the issue at all.
