The holidays are a time for giving, spreading kindness, and taking care of our neighbors. At Neerings Plumbing, Heating, Air & Electric, we believe every family deserves to experience a little holiday magic.
That's why we're giving back to the community that has supported us for generations!
This holiday season, we're selecting one lucky local family and purchasing up to $1,500 in gifts from their Amazon holiday wishlist to help bring joy, smiles, and a little extra holiday cheer into their home.
Do you know a friend, neighbor, or family member who could use some extra support this holiday season? We want to hear their story!

A Little Kindness Can Make a Big Difference
For more than 90 years, Neerings has been proud to serve Utah families. As a fourth-generation, family-owned business, we know that strong communities are built by neighbors helping neighbors.
We also know the holidays aren't always easy. Between everyday expenses and life's unexpected challenges, providing gifts for loved ones can become a financial burden.
This year, we want to help change that for one special family.
Whether it's a hardworking parent doing everything they can to provide for their children, a family navigating an unexpected hardship, or someone who has spent the year putting others first, we want to help make their holiday season a little brighter.
Sometimes the greatest gift is knowing your community cares.
How the Holiday Wishlist Giveaway Works
Step 1: Nominate Someone Special
Think of a friend, neighbor, or family member who could use some extra holiday cheer. Complete our nomination form and tell us why they deserve to be selected.
Step 2: Share Their Story
Tell us a little about their circumstances and why fulfilling their holiday wishlist would make a difference. Every eligible nomination will be thoughtfully reviewed by our team.
Step 3: Help Us Spread the Holiday Magic
On December 10, 2026, our team will select one deserving local family. We'll contact the family directly to confirm their interest and obtain their permission to participate.
Once confirmed, we'll coordinate with the family to obtain their Amazon wishlist and purchase up to $1,500 in holiday gifts!
Important: This initiative is about helping others. Self-nominations are not permitted, and each person may submit only one nomination.
We want this holiday giveback to be a meaningful experience for everyone involved. Please review the following guidelines before submitting a nomination.
1. Nomination Period
Nominations open November 1, 2026, and close December 9, 2026, at 11:59 PM Mountain Standard Time (MST).
Nominations received after the deadline will not be considered.
2. Who Can Be Nominated?
The Holiday Wishlist Giveaway is intended to support a family in need within the local communities served by Neerings Plumbing, Heating, Air & Electric.
To be eligible:
- The nominated family must reside within Neerings' established Utah service area.
- The family must be willing to participate and accept the gifts.
- The family must be able to provide an Amazon wishlist and a valid delivery address if selected.
Neerings reserves the right to verify that the selected family meets these eligibility requirements.
3. Nomination Requirements
- Individuals may nominate a friend, neighbor, or family member in need.
- Self-nominations are not permitted.
- Only one nomination per person is allowed.
- Each nomination must include a completed submission form and a written explanation of why the family deserves to be selected.
- Multiple people may nominate the same family, but additional nominations do not increase that family's chances of being selected.
- Nominations are free. No purchase or use of Neerings' services is required.
Neerings may disqualify duplicate, incomplete, fraudulent, or otherwise ineligible submissions.
4. Family Selection Process
On December 10, 2026, the Neerings team will review eligible nominations and select one family based on the stories submitted and the potential positive impact of the holiday gifts.
Selection is not random. The team will consider the family's described circumstances and how the gifts could help make their holiday season brighter.
The selected family will be contacted directly to confirm eligibility, willingness to participate, and permission to receive gifts.
Submission of a nomination does not guarantee selection.
5. Gift Value and Amazon Wishlist
Neerings will purchase up to $1,500 in holiday gifts for the selected family using their Amazon wishlist.
- The total purchase budget is capped at $1,500, including applicable taxes and shipping.
- The family will work directly with Neerings to provide or finalize their wishlist.
- Neerings will coordinate the selection and purchase of items within the approved budget.
- Items are subject to availability and delivery restrictions.
- The gifts are not redeemable for cash, and unused portions of the $1,500 budget will not be paid to the family.
Neerings will make reasonable efforts to coordinate gift delivery before Christmas, although delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.
6. Contacting the Selected Family
Neerings will attempt to contact the selected family using the information provided in the nomination.
If the family cannot be reached or does not respond within 48 hours of the initial contact attempt, or if the family declines to participate, Neerings reserves the right to select another eligible family.
This process may continue until an eligible family accepts the gifts.
7. Privacy and Permission
We understand that some families may be experiencing personal or financial challenges, and we are committed to treating every nomination with respect and sensitivity.
- Neerings will contact the selected family directly to obtain their permission before purchasing gifts.
- The family's personal story, photographs, name, or other identifying information will not be shared publicly without their express permission.
- The selected family is not required to participate in publicity or share their story publicly to receive the gifts.
- Neerings will coordinate privately with the family to obtain a delivery address.
- The family's home address will remain confidential and will never be shared publicly.
- Contact and delivery information will be used for administering the giveback and fulfilling gifts, subject to the campaign's Privacy Notice.
8. General Conditions
Neerings Plumbing, Heating, Air & Electric is the organizer of this community holiday giveback initiative.
Neerings reserves the right to verify eligibility, reject fraudulent nominations, and make reasonable administrative changes if unforeseen circumstances affect the initiative, subject to applicable law.
This initiative is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or affiliated with Amazon, Facebook, or Instagram.
By submitting a nomination, participants acknowledge these rules and agree to provide truthful information.
