Plumbers in Woodland, UT
Neerings serves Woodland and the upper Provo River valley with 90 years of family-owned plumbing experience. Rural plumbing done right.
Your Woodland Plumbing Team
Woodland is a quiet spot along the upper Provo River, south of Kamas and well off the beaten path. The community is small, the properties are spread out, and finding a plumber who will actually drive out here has always been a challenge for residents. We are about 55 minutes from our Salt Lake City headquarters, and Woodland is part of our Summit County coverage. Our technicians do not mind the drive, and they arrive prepared for the kind of work that rural mountain properties demand. From cabins tucked back in the trees to ranches along the river, we have seen it all out here.
Plumbing on Woodland Properties
Woodland sits at about 6,400 feet in a narrow valley where winters are cold and long. Most properties here rely on private wells, and the water quality varies from well to well. Iron, manganese, and calcium are common mineral contaminants in the area, and they affect everything from water taste and color to the lifespan of water heaters and fixtures. Many Woodland homes were built as seasonal retreats and later converted to full-time residences, meaning the plumbing was not always designed for year-round daily use. Undersized water lines, shallow-buried supply pipes, and outdated pressure systems are common finds. The area’s remote location also means that a plumbing failure can go unnoticed in vacant properties, causing water damage that compounds over time. We help Woodland homeowners and property owners with well system service, water treatment, pipe insulation, water heater maintenance, winterization, spring startups, and the hands-on repairs that keep remote properties running without issues.
Communities Near Woodland We Service
In addition to Woodland, our plumbers travel to Samak, Francis, Kamas, Oakley, Peoa, Marion, and other rural communities in the southern Summit County area. We also reach Park City and Heber City.

Frequently Asked Questions
Will you really drive out to Woodland?
Yes. Woodland is part of our regular Summit County service area. We are about 55 minutes from Salt Lake City, and our crews make the trip routinely. For emergencies, we dispatch as quickly as possible.
Can you help with well water that has a smell or color to it?
Yes. Discolored or odorous well water is usually caused by iron, manganese, or sulfur in the supply. We can test your water and install the right filtration or treatment system to address the specific contaminants affecting your well.
What plumbing services do you offer?
We handle all residential plumbing needs including emergency repairs, water heater service, leak detection, drain cleaning, pipe repair, toilet and faucet repairs, water softener installation, sprinkler systems, and gas line work. If water or gas flows through it, we can fix it.
Can you winterize my Woodland cabin?
Yes. We winterize seasonal properties every fall by draining all water lines, blowing out irrigation, adding antifreeze to drain traps, and shutting down the system to prevent freeze damage. In spring, we come back to reopen everything and check for any issues that developed over winter.
Do you offer financing for larger plumbing projects?
Yes. We offer flexible financing options for bigger projects like water heater replacements, repiping, and bathroom remodels. Ask us about payment plans that fit your budget.
