Mobile numbers are not shared with third parties for marketing; message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply; text STOP to cancel, HELP for help.

Program Description

When you provide your mobile phone number and agree to receive text messages from Neerings Plumbing, Heating, Air & Electric, you consent to receive SMS/MMS text messages related to our products and services. Depending on the consent you provide, these messages may include appointment reminders, account and service notifications, customer care and follow-up messages, and — where you have separately agreed — marketing and promotional offers.

Consent and Opt-In

Your consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from Neerings Plumbing, Heating, Air & Electric. How to Opt Out (STOP)

You can cancel the Program and stop receiving messages at any time by replying STOP to any text message you receive from us. You may also use the keywords STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT. After you send one of these keywords, we will send you a one-time confirmation message acknowledging that you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive text messages from Neerings Plumbing, Heating, Air & Electric unless you opt in again. Following the confirmation message, no further messages will be sent unless you re-enroll.

Delivery and Carrier Liability

Delivery of messages is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed. Neerings Plumbing, Heating, Air & Electric is not responsible for messages that are delayed or undelivered. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery may be affected by factors outside of our control, and we are not liable for any delays, failures in delivery, or errors in the content of any message.

Your Mobile Information and Privacy

We respect the privacy of your mobile information. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing may occur with subcontractors that support our services, such as customer service providers, solely to help us deliver the Program to you. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Supported Carriers

The Program is supported by major wireless carriers, including AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, and other participating carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers may change without notice.

Your use of the Site and Services, and your enrollment in the text messaging Program, are also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review it to understand our practices regarding the collection and use of your information.

5. Intellectual Property
